Things happen unscheduled, and so your training plan needs flexibility and an ability to react to the unforeseen.
Aspire can react to your needs by first ascertaining what you’ve already done, your aims and dreams, and your availability to train. Then you can keep your training real and relevant to you by feeding back, usually weekly, on how things have gone.
Aspire’s Dynamic Coaching Concept takes this further by sharing the riders performance downloads and reacting to parameters such as Heart Rate response, Functional Threshold Power and, of course, rider speed.
